This policy applies to services purchased directly from CMRENTALS LLC. A signed agreement containing different terms controls the applicable engagement.
Consultations
Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ written notice. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be non-refundable where professional time was reserved.
Project cancellation
Before work begins, eligible payments may be refunded less any non-refundable deposit or committed expense. Once marketing preparation, research design, data acquisition, vendor coordination, travel, inspection scheduling or documentation work begins, refunds are limited to unearned professional fees after completed work and approved third-party costs are deducted.
Non-refundable costs
Advertising, listing-platform charges, photography, virtual tours, printing, purchased data, research platforms, respondent incentives, travel and approved vendor commitments are non-refundable once incurred.
Deliverable concerns
Report a material issue within seven calendar days of delivery. If work materially differs from the written scope, we may correct or re-perform the affected portion. Changes in preference or market conditions are not service defects.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, generally within 7–10 business days after approval. Financial institutions may require additional posting time.
