These Terms govern the website and services of CMRENTALS LLC. By approving a proposal, booking a service or paying an invoice, you agree to them.
Services
We provide property marketing, rental coordination, administrative support, vendor coordination, real estate market research, marketing research and public opinion polling. The written proposal defines scope, deliverables, fees in USD and timing.
Licensing
Activities requiring a real estate broker, salesperson, property manager, attorney, appraiser, inspector or other licensed professional are performed or coordinated only through appropriately authorized providers. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, appraisal, investment or financial advice.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful instructions, timely access, approvals and materials they are authorized to use. Delays may extend the schedule.
Research limitations
Findings reflect the stated methodology, sample, data and period. We do not guarantee occupancy, rental income, appreciation, investment performance or another commercial outcome.
Intellectual property
We retain pre-existing methods, templates and working materials. After full payment, clients receive the rights to final deliverables specified in the agreement.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the affected service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
